Still trying to keep fit


Another lovely image from my friend Suzee Que! I think this is so cute!I've been doing well with my excercises. Going on my 2nd week. I'm keeping up with my routine. Still trying to eat better too!I think it gets easier once you finally get in your routine. It's just getting started! This image is too cute! Jell-O Girl tells how to do the daily excercises. I think it's great routine to get you started! I love to eat the fat free Jell-o pudding snacks! For extra added sweetness I add some fat free coolwhip on top and that's my dessert! Yum! I also make frozen coolwhip sandwhiches with graham crackers. I've told you all before sweets are my downfall so I try to come up with other options. So here's to Jell-O! Don't forget to do your daily excercises!

  1. I think sweet are everyones downfall.I like the idea of frozen Graham crackers and lowfat coolwhip.I will have to try that.How long about do they take?That pic is so cute.Id love to find some old pics like that.Maybe at a flea market.Good Luck with the excercising!

  2. Tracy, good song for your blog!! And I like the jello ideas, I just wish I could get the fat free kind over here, and the cool whip! Nothing like that here. Everything they sell is delicious here, but NOT fat free. Sweet things are my down fall and I have added way too many pounds this winter, being as inactive as I was. I could just kick myself now. I need to get on a routine like you. thanks for sharing another "sweet" post with us!! Debby

  3. sweets and crunchy/salty things are my downfall...and i just can't fall in love with the low fat version of anything...good for you, sticking with your exercises...something else i am not very fond of...
