I found this one wish in my yard. I didn't scour too hard to see if there was more. I'm sure there is! My lawn has many different weeds growing in it !Lol! Anyways, when I was child I loved making wishes and blowing these soft white, feathery, little petals in the air! Just like blowing out candles you were never suppose to tell your wish or it wouldn't come true! There's so many things to wish for....peace,love,health,happiness,wealth and so on.... So without telling you what I wish for I'll let you think about what your wish would be and why? I think these wishes are something we never out grow. So go out and look for those wishes! You never know they just might come true!
Very poetic! You are a NDF Chick after all ;)
ReplyDeletewonderful post - and SO true....isn't that something about the dandelion...there is so much fascination with it - yellow like butter and blowing in the breeze with seeds -
lovely morning to you!!
I remembered doing this as well.Although when your a child you make wishes carefree and fancy free as they say.Now my wish would be to help all of the suffering people throughout the world no matter what the issue is.Starvation in Darfur, religous persecution middleast,I could go on and on.Nice blog tracy.Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI also remember doing that...so many years ago and somehow the wishes still basically the same!Thank you for the memories!
