Still trying to eat better too!I think it gets easier once you finally get in your routine. It's just getting started! This image is too cute! Jell-O Girl tells how to do the daily excercises. I think it's great routine to get you started! I love to eat the fat free Jell-o pudding snacks! For extra added sweetness I add some fat free coolwhip on top and that's my dessert! Yum! I also make frozen coolwhip sandwhiches with graham crackers. I've told you all before sweets are my downfall so I try to come up with other options. So here's to Jell-O! Don't forget to do your daily excercises!
