My own Boulangerie

Nothing like the smell of Chocolate Croissants baking in the oven! Then sinking your teeth into a warm melting chocolate bread while sipping your coffee! That's exactly what I'm doing this morning..These croissants taste like they came from a Boulangerie in France! Maybe even better! Fresh out of the oven! Should I tell you my secret recipe? I think I shall because these are the best!

The Chocolate Croissants came from Trader Joe's! You need to let them rise overnight and bake in the morning. I highly reccomend them! Hubby loved them too and he's french. From now on I'll be making these when we feel like Chocolate Croissants! Yum!Have a great Sunday!

  9. Tracy, they look scrumptious!! I often have similar ones for breakfast here for the kids, fresh from the bakery. They must be a european thing, and I am sure the germans got the idea from the french!! :-) hope all is well with you. Debby

  10. Oh my goodness Tracy, I am going to have get some of these. When I was in Paris the chocolate croissants were soooo delicious but I can't seem to get them around here in my little city. Now all I have to do is travel a hour away to the nearest trader joes. It's a little closer then the plane ride to Paris though, so thank you for the tip :)
