I got the creative urge to make some gift tags . It's one of my favorite things to do. I coffee stained the tags first and baked them. Once again my poor kids came running down the stairs asking what I was baking and I had to tell them paper! It does kinda smell like coffee cake though. Ha! Anyhoo..I then decorated them like so. I plan to give them away as gifts and as extra goodies for customers. They are fun and unique! I have a lot of respect for those who make and sell gift tags. A lot of time and thought goes into them and to me they are extra special! I'm planning on actually baking something real to eat for tomorrow...Ha! Stay tuned!
Have a fabulous day!

It's that time of year.....
The Fall! Just about here! The crisp air and the falling leaves. My favorite time. I love the beauty of the changing of the seasons and all the Fall festivities. With Halloween around the corner and all the decorations it brings excitement to me. I happened to stumble across this shop on Etsy and thought I would share these beautiful nature inspired masks! I think they are spectacular and perfect for Halloween!

Where my creations begin.....
Take a peek into my studio. This is actually our dining room that I took over.
We pretty much entertain in our kitchen. If by chance we need to entertain there
I can move my stuff and put a table cloth over the table and "Voila"! All the jewels and beads that I use
are what you see. Do you think I have enough? The answer is No! I'm a beadaholic and vintage findings junkie! I love the hunt for jewels. I'm thinking about downloading this make it yourself banner for Halloween and putting it in the window. You can find this one and many more beautiful printable images at lovecreationgal on Etsy.

So this is where I spend my time creating jewelry for my shop. Have a fabulous weekend!

Bird on a wire.....
Or should I say on a strand of lights hanging on my screened in porch! Two cute birds found
there way in the porch this morning and here is one of them perched on a strand of lights.. I don't know how they get in sometimes but they do. It was like having a big open air bird cage {like in a zoo} looking out from my kitchen windows. Birds were flying evrywhere! Anyways, I thought this photo came out so "tweet".
Enjoy!

Raind drops........
Are falling. Finally a little bit of rain has fallen here in Georgia.
My daughter captured these droplets on some leaves and made this
leafy collage. Where is that little caterpillar I wonder? It seemed to nibble here and there.
Refreshing, green and leafy. Silly me I know. Time to make a salad!
Enjoy.
