The Heart

Let your heart guide you. It whispers, so listen closely. ~ The Land Before Time

We had a scare last Wednesday night. My husband had a small heart attack. It happened out of the blue. No warnings or past history. He's doing well now. He's back to work. All the tests taken showed no blockages. It is definately a life changing moment, A real eye opener about life! We were lucky and given another chance! I love the above quote. It can be read in so many ways.

  1. Oh tracy, sorry to hear that but glad hes ok.That would definately be a scary one.Take care!

  2. Tracy, how scary!!! i am so happy that your husband is ok!!!

  3. Oh Honey!!!! I am so glad he has no damage, but I know how frightened you must have been and still are. I am so glad he is back to work and has no blockages. Hang in there Sweetie! I love your quote too. Love, Jamie

  4. Oh my - I´m so sorry to hear about your husband Tracy - so happy he´s doing fine now. How scary.
    Sending lots of hugs

  5. Oh my goodness, Tracy! I am sure that does really bring a reality check! Life is so precious! I am so happy that your hubby is doing well now!!

  6. Oh, Tracy! I'm so sorry, but so glad he is doing okay now!
    Wonderful quote!

  7. Tracy, I am so sorry to hear about your husband. How scarey! Glad though to hear that he is doing okay now, but I know just what you mean. It is an eye opener and it makes us take a step back and look at ourselves and how we take care of ourselves! My nephew-in-law at age 38 just had a heart attack too last week and I was shocked. He is a healthy young man and very active. It does make one wonder. I will be thinking of you and keeping you both in my prayers. Debby

  8. Oh terrible! but how blessed you are! that it wasn't anything.......

life has a way (or I should say: God has a way) of doing things like that to us -

oh man- that is just scary though!

  9. Tracy! What a scare! Makes you put everything into perspective doesn't it? Thank the Lord he is okay :) Make sure you give him extra hugs.

  10. Oh my goodness! I am so sorry - what a horrible thing. Thank God he is okay! I will be thinking about you guys. :)
