Easy Sunny Side up idea.....

I've always wanted to make one of these pizzas and last night I did!.I bought a fresh cheese pizza at the local grocery store. I bought a bag of spinach and layered the top of the pizza. While the pizza baked, I cooked the eggs. When the pizza was done, I took the eggs out of the pan and topped the pizza! Voila there you have a Florentine Pizza! Easy and tasty! Happy Monday!

Thoughts of Serenity.....

Perhaps, after all, our best thoughts come when we are alone. It is good to listen, not to voices but to the wind blowing, to the brook running cool over polished stones, to bees drowsy with the weight of pollen.
