Easy Sunny Side up idea.....

I've always wanted to make one of these pizzas and last night I did!.I bought a fresh cheese pizza at the local grocery store. I bought a bag of spinach and layered the top of the pizza. While the pizza baked, I cooked the eggs. When the pizza was done, I took the eggs out of the pan and topped the pizza! Voila there you have a Florentine Pizza! Easy and tasty! Happy Monday!

Thoughts of Serenity.....

Perhaps, after all, our best thoughts come when we are alone. It is good to listen, not to voices but to the wind blowing, to the brook running cool over polished stones, to bees drowsy with the weight of pollen. If we attend to the music of the earth, we reach serenity. And then, in some unexplained way, we share it with others.

Have a happy weekend!

Birds of a feather......

"That little bird has chosen his shelter. Above it are the stars and the deep heaven of worlds. Yet he is rocking himself to sleep without caring for tomorrow's lodging, calmly clinging to his little twig, and leaving God to think for him." - Martin Luther

So sweet..Enjoy !

Meet Betsy....

I've been on a hunt for a mannequin to display all my jewelry wares for a long time. My homemade one was falling apart and just wasn't working for me anymore. I've had my eyes especially on vintage ones. I  just love the beauty and charm of them even if to just display in the home. Last week I did find a beauty, it had the wire skirt a beige bodice and a dark green chest with an iron knob at the top. She was beautiful! I just wasn't sure if my jewelry would show up in photos because of the green color. Then I found this one. It's brand new and has a wooden leg. It's very plain except for the French print at the bottom. I bought a pretty vintage millinery flower and wide antique lace to dress her up when she needs it. I love the nuetral effect it has on the jewelry! I take my photos always outside to get the most light. Last night I left her on the porch and my daughter let me know it was starting to I quickly brought her in because I didn't want Betsy to be wetsy! Ha! Anyways, I just want to indroduce her to you because you will be seeing a lot of her in my jewelry photos!
 Thanks for stopping by today!
